Character Studio Authorization Never Comes Up

I installed 3d Max 4 and Character studio 3, everything that comes in the 127 mb zip. I never get prompted to register Character Studio, and I can't move my biped's arms and stuff. I assume it isn't installed right. Do I have a wrong zip, or is it something else??
