hi
1): go to "customize" and open "plugin-manager"
2): there is a list of plugs in there,so search for those nammed BIPED.DLC and PHYSIQUE.DLM
3)on each of those plugs right click and choose
"load" (thing that sounds like that)
4) close the plugins manager
5)click on the two gears in the "create panel" (right of the "wave" icon) the gears are the "systems" panel.once you have clicked, you now see the biped systems
6)click on it and drag the cursor on the view ports.now a box should appear click on "ignore" and...you'll see what you will have to do.
7) enjoy!
