Exporting frames from 3d studio MAX r2

I have made a model, fitted the biped and made the animations, but the only way I have
found to export the frames is to make a "reset transform" on the meshes and export them one
by one. Then I will have to import each frame, delete the biped and export it once again.
The trouble is, when I first export the frame including the biped, it takes about five minutes each
time, completely locking up 3dsmax. Since I am making all the models for a complete TC, it
would take way to long time exporting about 2000 frames. Is there any other way to do it?
I have tried deleting the biped before I export the frame (with the physique set to "rigid" state),
and it takes no time, but slightly corrupts the model and makes it unusable.
