The bounding box is specified in code, i would think in min/max point3 values for each frame. So if this code has not been changed then theres your problem. QME should be able to output these values i think. If it doesnt and you use max2 then you can write up a script to output the bounding box to a file that the coders can then include in the code. This might ofcours be quite hard since different default worldscales seems to be used for max and md2 utilities, might end up with a huge box if its not scaled down.
