Unions and subtractions(i saw subtract on you list though i dont know if this is what you ment) are vital for my work rutines.

Would also be nice to have these tools optimized for lowpoly work, that is to have a definable automatic weld treshold or something so you wont have to do all that manually.

Also you wrote 'paint directly on model'. Well this feature is not as simple as you seem to make it out to be. I think that if you can not make this feature so good that it beats NST then you should leave it out in favor of something else. Meshpainters like the one in q2modeller, old qme (dont know if the new one is better or even if it does it), etc. just make me sick and are good for nothing.

Oh and another thing. Let the program be a little flexible when it comes to the GUI. Let the user be able to specify key shortcuts to every single command if he likes and so on.
