Items

Here's a list of items such as armor, ammo, and health that you'll need for that winning advantage. 
 

Armor
 

The red armor is the strongest, so you want this! This will increase your armor by 100 points up to a maximum of 200. As every second goes by, though, it will decrease by 1 point down to your base armor points.

 

Half as good as its red counterpart, this will increase your armor by 50 points up to a maximum of 200. And just like the red armor, it will decrease by 1 point every second down to your base armor points.

 

Armor shards will increase your armor by 5 points, and can often be found by the handful.

 

Health
 

The big, bad, blue M encased in a see-through bubble will increase your health by 100 points up to a maxium of 200. It will steadily decrease back down to your base health points of 100 at a rate of 1 point per second.

 

Look for these when you are in need of a substantial health boost; they will increase your health by 50 points.

 

Half as good as its gold counterpart, each one of these will increase your health by 25 points.

 

Better than nothing, each one of these will increase your health by 5 points. If your health is already at a maximum, each one will increase by 5 points and then drop off one health point every second until you are back to 100.

 

Powerups
 

Quad damage: If you are lucky enough to get this bad boy, it will multiply all of your weapons' damage points by 3 times their value.

 

Regeneration: After receiving damage, this will regenerate your health up to the 100 maximum points by one point every second while you have it.

 

Haste: This will double the speed at which your weapons fire.

 

Flight: This powerup will enable you to move all over the map with the easy press of your jump and crouch buttons.

 

Invisibility: Grab this powerup and you'll be invisible to your enemy - a useful thing!

 

Battle Suit: The battle suit will protect you from lava, slime, drowning, and even splash damage from weapons. But it won't protect you from the Fog of Death or falling into the void of space, so don't get too cocky.

 

Other Items
 

Personal Teleporter: This handy little item will transport you out of harm's way to another random spot in the level when used. Be careful though, as it might just take you from the frying pan right into the fire!

 

Medkit: The medkit can be activated when the user chooses, and it works like an adrenaline shot -- you'll get an instant boost of your health, right up to its full 100 points.

 

Teleporter: These portals will teleport you all over the map - jump into one and you'll hop out of another one. Handy for getting to certain spots in the map quickly.

 

Jump Pads: When you run onto one of these pads, you'll quickly be launched upward so that you can reach higher parts of the level.

 

Acceleration Pads: When run onto, these pads will launch you in the direction they face. Be careful - it's easy to fall off the map when using these!
