Do you know how Flash not only became the most popular browser plugin ever, but has dominated the New Media market? Because they practically GIVE AWAY the design software! NOT charge a frigin GRAND for it! Not to mention ANYONE who knows how to search Google can download a FREE copy if they really wanted to...
Being a software developer myself, I understand the time, effort and costs that go into developing an application. But if you want to play with the Big Dogs, you have to bark a bit louder than "We have almost 200 users..." and GROW A USER BASE AS FAST AS POSSIBLE NO MATTER WHAT THE COSTS!
