Go to the CDILLA Folder on your C drive and delete
the XXXXXXXXXXX.dat file.
If you cannot see it go to the "Tools / Folder "options drop down menu at the top of the window and select the View tab.
Select "Show hidden files and folders"
You should now see the folder.
Take care when deleting as this will put you back to a 16 char correct request code, but will lock you out of the trial suggesting a previous licence was there.
Rerun max and when it demands a auth code resubmit to this board your new 16 char request code.
BTW please state which ver you are authorizing
