PLZ HELP: Have no clue: Product licence expired?

Could you plz help me with this annoying problem:
Downloaded 3dsmax 4 magma, when i run 3dsmax it says licence expired, what do i do? There is no way to type in any registration code or anything! I found a file PMAN32.exe. But what IS this?
Could you plz, plz help me?!?
