Q2modeller should be able to handle Autodesk .asc files that
are written in this way (replace [xxx] with a bunch of numbers or something):
//
Named Object: [objects name], Vertices: [number], Faces: [number]
Vertex list:
Vertex [indexnumber): X: [cord] Y: [cord] Z: [cord]

Face list:
Face [indexnumber]: A: [vertnumber] B: [vertnumber] C: [vertnumber] AB: [edge?] BC: [edge?] CA: [edge?]
Smoothing: [smoothing group]
\\
Open your asc file and check. If its written in any other order then i
can imagine that the program could have a hard time reading it.

If it is written this way then you prolly just imported in the wrong
order (frames before verts) or something simple like that, perhaps its
to big, to small etc...

: Hiya. I was incredibly excited when I heard that Quake 2 modeller imported *.ASC files, so I went into True Space 2 and made me a cheap little model When I tried to import verts or frames into Q2 Modeller, I found out that I could click on the ASC file and click OK, but nothing would happen. It would just leave me with a blank screen. I am on a $0 budget, and am, well, quite ignorant, so if you have any info on how to convert True Space 2 ASC files to the Q2 Modeller format, please post it, or mail me. Thanx!
