: : : I made a model with 3ds max 2 and compiled it with q-data. However, when I set it so quake2 will be able to select that model in the multiplayer menu. It doesn't show up. I have other PPM's so I know that it's related to that. Wehn I look at the md2 file in q2 modeler the vertices all all mixed up. Also I substituted my model in Quake 2 for another non-player model and the thing was huge. Went from floor to ceiling. So I think this is where my problem is. What is the "proper" dimensions for a player model? And do you think this is what my problem is?
: : : Thanks

: : i don't use 3ds max so i don't know what the exact sale is, but if you extract one of the player frames and open it up in 3ds, you can find out. you should also make sure that the model is centered or else it won't show up where its supposed to be in q2.
