Another way is to delete the skin in the model, and make a new skin in NST. The number of times the PCX dilaog appears is the number of skins in the model.

: Just use the skin editor to export a temp skin that you use for that dialog before you export the model to md2. That should work...

: Your 3ds prob is prolly just that it takes a much longer time to export a 3ds file in max2 then it does in max1.x
