once you've made all the animations, load the savemorf plugin. choose a name to save the frames as (such as walk) and the number of digits (2 is usually good). click "world coordinate" and "enable". to have savemorf save the frames, make a preview of the frames you want included. so if you made a walk cycle that lasts from frame 1 to frame 20, make a preview starting with frame one and ending with frame 20. savemorf saves the animation frames as the preview is made. you will now have walk01.lwo walk02.lwo and so on. this only works once; if you mess up and need to export the frames again, unload savemorf from the objects panel then load it again.
