DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE TO FIND CHARACTER STUDIO FOR STUDIO MAX 4?

I really need Character Studio for Max 4
but there was just a prerelease version of character studio on the CD of 3dsMax, so now I need character studio, but I can't get it anywhere....only the 2.2 versions but I need Character Studio 3...
Does anybody know a WORKING link where i can find Character Studio 3????!!!
I'll be very happy, and I can always do something in return? (nosex)
