I. Description

	Powerball is based on a CTF style of gamplay.  Basically, 
	players will spawn on the red or blue team and must capture 
	the powerball in their opponents base.  Throughout the 
	level artifacts (replacements for runes) can be found which 
	grant special abilities.

II. Review

	Undoubtably Powerball and Jailbreak are the two leading 
	contenders for best gameplay patch.  We think Powerball's 
	outstanding levels give it the edge over other mods.  The 
	simplicity, use of artifacts, and the strong team oriented 
	design adds tremendously to its user friendliness .  Try it 
	out and see for yourself.

	cmd throworb	If you have an orb, throws it
	say2 [message]	Sends a message to only your teammates
